Ruby started her career in the finance sector at 18 working for a high street bank before moving into estate agency. She started as a sales negotiator before moving into the lettings side of the industry and loves it!
“I enjoy working in the industry as it allows you to help and interact with people who appreciate what you’re doing for them. There is a real sense of accomplishment knowing you have found someone their dream home, solved a problem, or have simply just been a helping hand.
“My favourite thing about being a Finance Officer is that the role is heavily numerical and full of problem solving! I enjoy working with the team at Crucible as everyone is so supportive. The team work amazingly together which makes working here so enjoyable and as stress free as possible.
“Supporting our clients is important to me as renting a property, and letting your property out can be a stressful experience. Taking this stress away and professionally managing them through the process is crucial for our customers to have an excellent and enjoyable experience.” 
Fun fact – Ruby is a ballet dancer and have been for the majority of her life. It’s something she’s passionate about and dedicates most of her time outside of work to ballet.
